We used Voda first to clean a small shag rug which was used as a pee pad by our dog for several years, it was in such bad shape we were going to toss it. Fortunately we found Voda! It took them awhile but it’s because they cleaned it 4 or 5 times and it looks brand new. We were so happy we retained them to steam clean our upstairs carpet in hitch had not been professionally cleaned in 6 years and we were blown away! It also looks and smells brand new. Wish we had before and after pics but don’t!!

Soon after the rep and I spoke over the phone, he came. We both agreed that the rug should be cleaned in a larger area, so he took it away. We didn't discuss a date to return the rug or the price. I feel confident that the cleaned rug will. be returned. I told him that I was not in a hurry. I haven't contacted Voda.
