- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If I am able to visit the home or home office for a free initial consult, I can offer a more precise hourly fee. My base price may increase according to the type and intensity of the clutter. I also provide referral discounts and other offers to my existing customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I receive an email or phone call regarding services, I will discuss their most pressing issues. We then setup a time for a visit. I visit the home or business and write a summary plan of action/timetable.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been organizing/cleaning homes and home offices for over ten years. My degree in Accounting has helped me run the consultation side of my business, helping those with high healthcare costs.
