Our roots go back even further—our founder started in construction as a carpenter in the family business, and that hands-on experience still drives everything we do today. I worked with David at his company Haus of Pattern. Honestly, I wouldn't work with any other contractor / builder. I feel like he can do anything that I need, and if not physically possible, he will find another creative way. He is extremely personable as well as feeling extremely trustworthy and reliable. Most importantly though, he delivers the exact high quality of work that I would like to expect from all contractors but have not found. His team of craftsmen are seriously talented. The work looks perfect honestly and the journey felt really smooth all the way through because of David being with us through it.

David performed a $3MM adaptive reuse of two historical structures for our flagship project in Austin. He came in well below the competition across almost every trade with zero sacrifice on quality. The degree of ownership David took on the project cannot be understated. He was on the job site rain or shine, often times swinging hammers with the trades.
Exceptional quality, even better value. And a great guy.

These guys are beasts. They understood my project quickly and knew what questions to ask. They were able to start work quickly and it was perfect. I had no adjustments, the layout and wiring was super clean. Very impressed with David and his crew.
