- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our standard rate is $80/hour for the first bartender, $70/hour for additional bartenders, and $55/hour for server/barbacks. We’re happy to advise how many bartenders you'll need based on your guest count and drink menu. We keep it flexible with a low 3-hour minimum (most companies require 5+), so you get premium service without overpaying. Holiday rates and travel fees may apply depending on the time and location of your event — we’ll always be transparent about those upfront.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step one: we get to know you and your vision. Whether you're throwing a laid-back backyard bash or an upscale wedding reception, we tailor everything to your vibe. Once we have the date, time, guest count, and general theme, we’ll send over a detailed proposal. After you book, we’ll handle the logistics — from arrival times to bar layout — and your bartender(s) will arrive on time, ready to impress and keep the drinks flowing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our bartenders are certified and fully compliant with local and state alcohol service regulations. But we go beyond the basics — our Crew is trained in mixology, guest engagement, and premium hospitality. We’re not just pouring drinks — we’re elevating your party experience with showmanship, smiles, and great service.
