Introduction

Hi! I have been playing guitar for the last 24 years and for the last 11 years it has been my sole profession. I am a singer, songwriter, performer, and most importantly a teacher. I feel so lucky to have the opportunity to do what I love for a living and getting a chance to help fellow guitar players achieve their own personal goals in their playing. Originally I was skepitcal of the online teaching format, but now I have realized the experience is so much better! I have all of my equipment, piano, and visual aids are so easy with screen sharing. I was a beginner when i first started getting lessons from stevie. I didnt really know how to play, no rhythm, stumming sucked, couldnt solo.. but within 4 lessons I was feeling super confident. Stevie goes above and beyond to make sure i succeed, and now its been probably 8 or so months of getting lessons from him and I would say i have improved so much, i have so much fun now and stevie helps me get over any plateau that i might face. What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My continuing education is not only ongoing but will continue for the rest of my life. I am always reading books, watching videos and working out theory on different instruments. This is truly my favorite part about music is that there will always be something to work on. Also I love the fact that there is rarely regression in musical ability. As long as you keep playing and learning you will always get better and never go backwards.
