What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We're absolutely competitive with pros around us, but since we're still getting our name out there, we are offering discounted services for our currently open dates. Just reach out and let us know what you're looking for and we'll see if we can meet your budget.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The biggest objective for us when working with a new client is making sure that everyone has the same vision. We'll do this by providing samples of our previous work and talking with the customer to make sure the delivered product meets the client's expectation.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Balloon Masterclass from a professional balloon designer. Other than that, I let my creative brain tell my hands what to do and don’t stop until I feel we have delivered the best balloon decor possible.
