Wyatt and the team at Southwest Turf Pros did great work installing limestone edging around our front garden beds. I have a fairly small backyard, about 350 sq ft. My large dog made short work of the little grass we had and soon the Texas weeds took over and had my yard looking like the jungle. Southwest Turf Pros came out for an estimate very soon after I requested a quote, brought a ton of turf samples for me to choose from. We scheduled my work for a few weeks after that when her crew was free. I'm honestly shocked by how great the quality is. My yard finally feels like an extension of my home.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Quality materials, turf and labor are ALWAYS worth it. We supply all three and we’re not happy until you are. Different styles of our turf come with different price points.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to get back to customers who send me a direct message within a hour or so. I will ask them when they are available to meet for a consultation and for me to measure the space. Once measurements have been taken, I build a complementary CAD drawing for visualization and send a quote within 48-hrs. If chosen for a job, I coordinate materials and oversee the crew as we complete most jobs within 2 or 3 days.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I trained under a master turf installer with 8 years of experience and expertise.
