I've hired her to make some design changes to my construction plans and paid half of contract amount at the start, but she failed to understand my requirements and suggested un-usual designs for my foundation which caused confusion with my structural engineer and concrete contractor and delay with overall planning of my project. Her suggested design would have cost me 30% more in construction cost. I had to hire someone else to complete the job. She hasn't delivered anything and refused to refund my deposit. Worst experience on thumbtack.
