William went above and beyond to help me. From the description I gave him both he and I thought the washer was beyond reasonable repair. But he offered to come take a look to make sure. Am I ever glad I accepted his offer. He was able to fix the problem and told me how to reset the machine should it ever happen again. William saved me literally many hundreds of dollars. I will definitely call him again should I ever need an appliance repair.
