When our 5 year old LG refrigerator suddenly stopped cooling, we scheduled an appointment with A Plus and were relieved he was able to come the next morning. Gratefully, William at A Plus was aware of the many problems with LG compressors and after he clearly provided options and we did some online research about this LG issue, we ultimately decided to replace our refrigerator and join a federal class action law suit against LG. We are grateful for William’s honesty and knowledge and will definitely trust him to do appliance repairs for us in the future.

He was able to fix the problem the next day after ordering the correct parts. He updated me along the entire process and even included images.
