When our 5 year old LG refrigerator suddenly stopped cooling, we scheduled an appointment with A Plus and were relieved he was able to come the next morning. Gratefully, William at A Plus was aware of the many problems with LG compressors and after he clearly provided options and we did some online research about this LG issue, we ultimately decided to replace our refrigerator and join a federal class action law suit against LG. We are grateful for William’s honesty and knowledge and will definitely trust him to do appliance repairs for us in the future.

William was fantastic in helping me get my fridge back in order. He was able to come out very quickly and identify the issue. He clearly explained the problem and what the fix consisted of. He was able to fix the problem the next day after ordering the correct parts. He updated me along the entire process and even included images.
