- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a diagnostic fee to come out and fully diagnose your problem, this fee will be fully waved off with the repair.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule a convenient time for an appointment, a tech comes out, diagnoses the problem and either repairs it the same day (we carry many parts with us) or wee order parts with fast shipping, and have it repaired!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Me and my business partner were fixing stuff for as long as we can remember, I guess it just evolved naturally (:
