Introduction

There will be an additional 150.00 fee if appliances have to be moved upstairs. About me; Appliance installer for the past 20+ yrs (where did the time go)... Well knowledge of all major brands. Very sarcastic and super down to earth. I recognize building and remodeling could be a pain. My motto is be positive, not enough negativity in the world to get me all caught up with doo doo attitude! In the long run, and most of all, be optimistic and have a good time! I play music during the installation process (I dislike hearing myself think and need background noise to perform the to my greatest ability). Please add pics of the work area of the kitchen or laundry room so I can see the layout and, if possible, the model number of the unit to be installed. Mik was great! He was quick to respond, professional and knew his stuff! I have had a dishwasher mounted twice and the brackets did not hold two times. Mik came in and saved the day. He mounted it differently, fixed another problem from that he found when it was previously installed and now it looks great and works great. I will definitely recommend him to family and friends and when in need I will call again!

So happy I found Mik!! He removed& hauled off my old dishwasher and installed my new one! It looks perfect & just started the first load of dishes!! Mik is awesome and will definitely use him when I change out my stove and overhead microwave! Highly recommend!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have a weekday job so I am only available after 6 pm Mon-Fri and most weekends. Pricing includes all materials (electical connectors, cords, waterline, gas lines, ect...)needed as long as cutouts and utilities are to manufacturer specifications. Additional fee for removal and haul away of existing units.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Professional, courteous and understanding. Will discuss any concerns you may have.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20 plus years of appliance installation. Have the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation for appliance installation.
