- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Professional installations are only accomplished by expert techs. The average experience of our techs is 10 years working low voltage systems. As our customer we will be direct and clear with pricing for your projects, no hidden costs or surprises. You will get excellent quality of work and products.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our new customers will get direct information and answers to their questions. In the cases you need advise or a system designed we can arrange for a visit to better address your needs and budget. We strive to keep open and fast communication in all steps of the install.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
At TexTech we are all OSHA certified as required for commercial jobs. We also are trained for other industry specific tasks like networking, audio and video and security cameras installation and set up. We have also developed an in-house program for residential customers to ensure these jobs are performed with the best quality and professionalism.
