I scheduled them for a cleaning and waited for them to arrive at the 10:00 scheduled time. After 45 minutes of excuses from the owner she said her workers accidentally went to a different city over 2 hours away. When they rescheduled for the following day, I stayed home again to meet them and 15 minutes prior to their arrival I received a text that there was an “emergency” and they wouldn’t be able to come. DO NOT RECOMMEND. If they would have just been honest and cancelled, that’s no big deal. But to wait around both days is unacceptable
