- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is largely based on labor costs. If you can provide your own material, the cost of the project will drop dramatically. Additionally, you can buy the material from Facebook Market, discount stores and such. Whereas when you pay a contractor to provide the material they will get the best material as it reflects on their work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After introduction, the customer will communicate the work they want done. Depending on the work, I will either drop by your home to get measurements and a better idea of what you want or if that’s not needed, get the work scheduled!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every day I manage $23 million in new home real estate from the time the lot is dirt through closing. Always communicating with buyers has given me the training on how to interact with clients and given me the contacts to complete any job necessary!
