1. We match on thumbtack 2. I message them saying how are you and providing my name 3. They send a few pictures to me and a description of repairs 4. If needed, we set up a time and day for a free onsite estimate 5. I return on the agreed upon day and complete all work 6. No deposit needed on most jobs, haulaway of materials always included 7. I go over over all work with customer then I am paid by cash/check/zelle/venmo/cashapp. 8. I request a review on thumbtack 9. Delighted with the professionalism, value, and quality, customer leaves 5 star review.
