Samuel is a very responsible and talented pro, easy communication and efficient. He climbed up to roof to clean dryer duct, which maybe didn't cleaned for 20 years. I mean he is the best of best.

This business was one of the best finds on Thumbtack. I purchased a home that was about 20 years old but was clean. However, I had a feeling that I should clean the vents for proper hygiene. I'm glad I listened to my intuition and called Samuel. He visited the same day to provide a free estimate. Samuel inspected the main vents and the HVAC system in my presence and discovered what appeared to be black mold. Fortunately, this was only in a few vents. I have two HVAC systems and 21 vents. Samuel provided a competitive quote and began work the same day! Note: this is not a small job, and the price is not cheap, but the value for the work he did was excellent! The job took over six hours to complete, which is very reasonable given the amount of work. He also cleaned my fireplace. Immediately after he finished, all the vents were noticeably clean, and the air quality improved significantly. I am sensitive to mold, so this was the best solution I could have considered. Lastly, the house came with Nest thermostats, and one was malfunctioning after the work had been completed. Samuel spent nearly two additional hours (on top of the six hours of work) to get the Nest functioning properly at no extra cost. This is a testament to his strong work ethic, as he wanted to leave the HVAC system in better condition than he found it. He guarantees his work for five years. I will definitely hire him again when needed. Thank you, Samuel!
