Vincent is an honest person. I had a leak in my roof due to a hurricane. Vincent provided an honest evaluation of the damage even though it did not benefit him, this has saved me thousand of dollars. It’s so hard to come by honest contractors these days and I’m thankful for our encounter!

I highly recommend Vincent at Carpe Diem for water remediation issues. It was stressful enough having a hot water slab leak, but Vincent was quick to respond, helpful, and did a great job pulling up wet flooring, baseboards, and setting up fans/dehumidifiers to dry things out. He was also very kind - and all at a reasonable cost. 5 stars!!
