Eric helped out with a blocked sewage pipe situation. The previous plumber made up some reason and wanted us to replace the whole pipe. Eric suggested we find where it's blocked before going further. Unfortunately, sewage backed up by the time Eric was able to assess the situation. He tried to come up with solutions, however, for reasons beyond his control, it didn't work. He then suggested we go with the original proposal of replacing sewage pipe. He gave me a good price and tried to make sure he didn't delay the fix any further. It felt like he wasn't going to make up stuff and treat his customers as idiots. He was also very helpful in suggesting various options. Super helpful, would recommend him any day.
