FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
4 hour minimum per day 4 hr retainer due at time services are booked. This takes care of 4 hrs on first day. My rates are lower than most other companies. After 30 yrs of investigation work I believe in not kicking someone when they are down. I set my rates so that neither one of us go broke. My rate is a flat rate, no mileage or hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start with a phone call to learn all I can about the case and listen to all concerns along with answering any questions. Basically get to know a little about the person I’m working with. Then we discuss a schedule and then discuss billing and the billing process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve trained with several senior investigators with different companies along with my dad to gain as much knowledge about the investigation business. The state of Texas requires testing every so often to stay compliant with the laws. Im now entering my 30th year of being a licensed investigator through the state of Texas.
