- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will give you a quote that you think is fair. I have the best prices in the metroplex with great quality work. I offer many discounts and referral fees. I am very very flexible. I also do more work than what my customers are expecting from me for the price, just so I can show you that I am the best and I work with integrity not just as a job but also because I love what i do for a living
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I speak to the customer about what exactly needs completed. I ask how they would like it done to their standards so that we don’t have any miscommunication. I do the job properly and make sure the homeowner or business owner is happy before they pay. If I need to stay longer and I have another job scheduled, I will continue to work for you. I treat every customer the same. I won’t rush, I take my time to make sure they are satisfied before I leave. Why? Because It’s not just a job but it’s me taking care of people as if they are my family because that’s how I would want to be treated.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I actually worked for a pressure washing company for 3 years before I started my own company.
