Introduction
I take great joy in helping people unlock and achieve their true potential in a safe and supportive environment. After giving my life to Christ, losing over 100 pounds myself and with years of experience under my belt. I've been blessed to start "Pathway Fitness LLC.", a private personal training studio. I believe in incorporating a mix of cardio, strength and conditioning, and flexibility training into my client’s fitness plans to create truly individualized routines that address their unique needs.

I find I actually look forward to my workouts. Importantly: She ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries. She is extremely reliable & punctual – always set up & ready to start training ahead of time, with an exercise routine planned.
