Starting a fitness program can be a bit intimidating, but with my passion for fitness and nutrition I can properly guide you into taking the right steps towards your goals in the most safe and effective ways. From corrective training to HIIT training. I make starting a fitness program easy and fun for every client without over-exceeding their limits, while also enjoying the journey making fitness a lifestyle.
I truly love seeing the transformations! It's amazing to see my clients commit to their goals and most importantly theirselves, and how fitness helps in all of life's aspects. My goal is to teach you how to apply everything I've learned in a realistic but timely manor to reach your goals. Jennifer has been great to work with! I've been getting ready for my wedding and I've seen a ton of improvement in my physical fitness since she started working with me. She also has a great attitude and is so easy to work with. I would highly recommend her to any of my friends or family!

Jennifer is extremely knowable, I hired her to work with me on correcting shoulder disfunction. She was able to identify the weak muscles and the muscle that needed stretching in order to let the joint work properly. She help me correct my poor posture with different exercise. I'm in alot less pain thank to her.

Jennifer is really a wonderful trainer. She's extremely polite and helpful in working with you to make sure one achieves his/her goals. I really enjoyed working with her, and if I get a chance, I will definitely have her as my trainer again. I'll definitely recommend others and refer them to her.

Jennifer has been a great trainer. She listens to your goals and needs, and is sure to put them first. She is very patient and takes her time with you so you feel very comfortable and safe. I would highly recommend her for any of your fitness needs from working out to meal plans she can cover it all. Jennifer is very passionate and knowledgeable of her field, and within the first couple of weeks I saw results and felt better than ever. She is very reasonable and fair on price as I got exceptional service and then some from Jennifer. If you are wanting someone who is compassionate and truly wants you to reach your goals and be safe doing it then Jennifer is the fitness trainer you want. I will without a doubt recommend her to everyone I know and use her for many years to come.
