- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Please contact me with an explanation of your projects. My fees will be less expensive than others you see on Thumbtack! You will still get top notch service as we work quickly and logically. Just DECIDING to get organized is the first step toward creating a calm atmosphere in your home or office. We'll take over from there!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After a consultation to understand your thoughts and expectations, we would remove the items from the area you’d like organized and toss the expired products (particularly in a kitchen project) and place the items into your cabinets, pantry, closets, garage, etc. utilizing organizational items and create a “new plan” for logic and order! We will be glad to donate your unwanted items, so that other families can benefit from your generosity. We can make suggestions regarding alternative storage for other items.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Having spatial awareness has come naturally for me! With experience packing boxes efficiently, packing vans and storage units (moving college kids and friends!) and visualizing the best way to make closet space efficient and "user friendly", I have been able to offer that "expertise" to others, professionally. I have studied Marie Kondo (KonMari method) and The Home Edit teams and utilize many of their methods that are appropriate for spaces in my clients' homes.
