Arrived on time in rented truck from Home Depot. Arrived with no blankets other protection or tie downs. The mover said he left them in his car at Home Depot. Disappeared for an hour. Charged for that hour.
Also, told weight was not an issue. Had sent pictures and told them one piece was heavy. Was told there was no weight issue. Up charged at end because of weight.
Unprepared, understaffed, overcharged

Ask all of the necessary questions to ensure the job can be completed (correct labor, truck size, etc to stay on schedule).
Never showed for 1:00 appointment in which I was asked to provide additional labor to support. I could never get a straight answer on what time they would arrive and I had gathered volunteers to help…
