Our pricing is competitive and transparent. We offer a flat rate for our home inspection services based on square footage, with no hidden fees or additional charges. Add-on specialty inspections are also available, at your request. Our goal is to provide our clients with high-quality service at an affordable price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At the heart of my process for working with a new customer is a commitment to providing value and peace of mind. Whether you are buying a home, selling a home, or a current home owner, I know you want to ensure your property is safe, sound, and in good condition. To achieve this, I start by scheduling an inspection at a time that is convenient for you. During the inspection, I take a thorough and detailed look at the property, examining everything from the roof to the foundation. I provide a comprehensive report that outlines any issues or concerns that I find, as well as recommendations for repairs or maintenance. Throughout the process, I strive to be communicative, professional, and transparent, ensuring that my client feels confident and well-informed about their property.
