We are grateful that you liked our service, and we are sorry for the misunderstanding, but breaking up and cutting the boxes of a playground is an extra service to the assembly requested, therefore we charge extra because the playground boxes are large and many, the assemblers are in charge of moving the boxes from the garage or driveway to the place where the playground will be assembled, after they finish assembling the empty boxes are returned to the same place where they were picked up or where the client wants them to be placed, breaking up the boxes to put them in a small trash container is not included in the assembly service, that is an extra service and we pay the assemblers extra for that service, another example is when customers need to get rid of boxes or pallets since the playground boxes are large and some are sent on pallets, an extra charge is made because a pick up truck must be sent to take the boxes and pallets and we have to pay disposal fee to go and throw them away, plus gasoline, miles and time, the clients are responsible for the boxes since the requested assembly service has nothing to do with the boxes sent by the company where the product was purchased. we regret that you are not aware of these extra services that most companies charge for, most boxes come with information and contacts so that customers can recycle or they can contact the city to request information on disposal locations or they can pay extra and we take care of it otherwise we leave the empty boxes in the garage, driveway or wherever the customer wants us to place them, we greatly appreciate the requested service and it was a pleasure to have helped you with the playground assembly service.
