- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Because we don't have the added overhead costs of a lease, utilities, etc. we are able to offer lower prices, as well as, provide higher standards of service! Instead of being left behind in a warehouse overnight, our clients can rest knowing their pet is safe and well taken care of in our home 24/7!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. We have an initial in-person meeting, video chat, or phone conversation. 2. We schedule a day to begin work. 3. We deliver on what we promise.
