Billy was 1 of 10 pros that I met and received quotes for 2 total bathroom remodeling. Billy's level of service, responsiveness, and quality of work was beyond amazing! My bathrooms are absolutely gorgeous. I absolutely love the level of detail and communication with Billy throughout the entire process. I am already discussing with Billy the next major projects that I want him to do. Due to the age of the home, there were some challenges, but every single time, Billy again rose to the occasion, provided me with solutions, and the project was NEVER delayed. He created these gorgeous bathrooms for a fraction of the price that others said it would cost. The quality of the work is superb! We did quite a things - extended our patio, tiled front and backyard, installed French drain and a gravel walk path. Billy did great work in all of them. Great communicator and really cares for the end result and makes sure that the client/end user is happy with it. Will hire him again for future work as needed

I gave 3 stars overall because I can't rate individual items, but here goes: Professionalism of the team - 4 Punctuality- 5 Timely response to inquiries - 5 Providing pertinent details - 3 Competitive pricing - 4 I hired Billy to remodel my shower. However, he did not explain until after they were done that putting trim around the shower and the shampoo boxes inside the shower were not included in the estimate. When I asked about it, he said he would do it free, but it appeared that the "free" was contigent on me hiring him for additional work needed in my bathroom. I explained that I wanted my shower completely done before I moved to the next project, and then he told me a fee for the labor on the trim. Of all the quotes I got for the remodel, no one ever told me the trim was not included, which is why I didn't question him about it before they started. I do like the shower, for the most part, but I'm extremely disappointed that I have to pay extra to have it finished to my liking. Also, the debris and trash from the job were left in bags on the side of my house and not hauled off as I expected. Again, I was under the impression they would take it, so I didn't ask about it beforehand. My recommendation is that potential clients get a detailed, itemized quote before they start the job to avoid any miscommunication.

Billy was quick to respond when other contractors were taking days to answer. His crew did an excellent job putting in a fence and 2 gates, as well as some siding repair work. He also helpfully split the billing so my neighbor and I could share the cost of the common fence. All in all, I would not hesitate to use this contractor again.

Billy + team, came and did an assessment of my gate doors to my fences. Both of them were not closing properly! They went out, bought the hardware, replaced the old hardware, and had my fence doors opening again! Which was very helpful considering it was quite the struggle to open them prior!
