We offer competitive pricing. In some cases, we will match competitor pricing for customer satisfaction.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, we explain the process and what will happen during the first visit so the customer understands. We provide an overview of what the service entails so they are not confused or surprised. When you schedule with JDL Cleaning, you will receive appointment confirmations via text message and reminders 1 hour before your scheduled appointment time. We thrive on communication and customer service.
