Bob is AMAZING to work with and so informative. He educated me on how my system works, walked me through his entire approach and steps he was taking to identify the leak. He is very responsive and is just simply an amazing person! Although the work/repair is not complete, I am so grateful for the experience so far and finding someone that operates with integrity.

Brian was outstanding! He completely explained everything as he went along in such a way that even I could understand. He explained the issue at hand and then we discussed future maintenance items to consider. I would and will recommend Arlington AC to anyone needing routine maintenance or repairs.

My family received amazing care and service from Arlington AC & Heating. I would definitely recommend them!Our HVAC system went down about a week ago. Spoke with the owner Ted on the phone and he sent Brian out to take a look and give an estimate.We decided to move forward and had our outside unit and our furnace in the attic replaced.There has been excellent communication from start to finish for this process. The whole team worked well, were respectful of our home and property, and got us operational again quickly!Ted and Brian made us feel like family to them, and we will forever be grateful for how they have gone above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of!I would give 10 stars if the system would let me! Definitely recommend you give them a call for your needs.
