Overall had a good experience with Phanton Mechanical. They were quick to respond when I got myself in a pickle trying to install a smart switch that had some odd wiring to deal with. The electricians arrived same day, (after hours) and finished the job effectively and quickly. The only critique I have is that it was kind of expensive. $250 for 30 minutes of work, even at after hours rates that's a bit much in my opinion. Other than that, the light switch works great and looks great and was a job well done.

The crew did a fantastic job installing two mini splits, one in a patio and one in a garage. They responded quickly and gave a fair quote compared to other companies. They were very professional and friendly. They even went out and got materials to fix the job that the electrical people we hired before them messed up. We could not be happier with the job they did! Highly recommend these guys for any project!

I had a major plumbing emergency late at night, and I was worried I wouldn't find anyone to help. Thankfully, I called this service, and they were fantastic! The plumber arrived quickly, was incredibly professional, and fixed the sewer line efficiently. Everything was back to normal in no time. I'm so relieved and grateful for their prompt and excellent service. A 5-star experience!

Very thankful for a same day appointment on a weekend too! They fixed the issue with my circuit and was back working within an hour. My only complaint is one of the men had boots on and tracked mud on my white carpet. He said his boots were too difficult to remove/take off. I would have appreciated him to have some shoe covers knowing that they enter customers homes. The other gentleman removed his shoes ( Which I am very thankful to him). Other than that everything was great! Will definitely hire them again if I can through thumbtack!
