We have a room size limitation of 200 square feet. For upholstery cleaning white upholstery is priced by the ln ft
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We welcome all new customers to join our family of customers. We have thousands of happy repeat customers and are always looking to add more to our family. We strive to make everybody happy. It can be challenging at times but we definitely put our best foot forward. We encourage you to call at least 1 day in advance to schedule your appointment, although emergency appointments can sometimes be squeezed into the schedule. You are welcome to pay with cash, check (with DL) or credit/debit card. If you are a repeat customer that has set up an account with the office we can bill you typically net 15 or net 30 days, whichever your account was setup
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are IICRC certified in Carpet Cleaning, Odor Removal, Upholstery Cleaning and Carpet Repairs and Stretching. We have been certified since 1981. We are also certified and specialize in Water / Fire Restoration and Mold Remediation.
