- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically schedule a meeting for a free estimate, but what I really prefer is to see the job in person. This allows me to assess details that photos can’t capture. After that, we’ll discuss your preferences—shower type, tile, colors, shower head, and accessories—so I can give you an accurate plan and estimate for what my team and I will build.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training comes from years of hands-on experience in bathroom remodels, not from fancy schools or classes. I’ve learned from skilled mentors who have taught me the trade, and that real-world knowledge allows me to deliver high-quality results every time.
