We needed a toilet replaced as we thought the seal had failed/was failing. Turns out the pipe was totally destroyed. He was helpful and showed us what went wrong and the updated price to repair the more extensive damage. He was very quick, even with the job being different than planned.

Lorenzo came on time (early actually) and replaced two toilets, replace the plastic push/pull supply valves that came with the house, and fix a hose leak for the dishwasher in the same visit. He was quick and the install was very clean.
