- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Mr Rooter provides upfront flat rate pricing. We offer several ways to save money through membership discounts or receiving up to 30% off additional repairs. Any applicable dispatch fees will be waived if hired during initial appointment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At Mr Rooter we take the time to identify and explain the problem to our customer and help them understand their options. Most work can begin immediately.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
At Mr Rooter we believe in staying in the forefront of technology. All of our technicians go through a variety of training initially and ongoing.
