The absolute best management company! If you’re looking for property management, you can stop your search because Legacy is definitely who to go with! The legacy team is top tier! My short term rental was not doing well, honestly I almost gave up and put it on the market. I decided to try one last Hail Mary and let me tell you- Legacy DIDNOT disappoint. After initial inquiry, we do a live Zoom Call with the potential client to go over all of our services and show realistic comps/expectations for the specific property. From there, we answer any and all questions that the potential client might have and if they would like to move forward we can have the property live in less than 1 week.
