FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every effort is made to work within a reasonable budget for your organization. Fees are predicated on time, location, topic, and the number of attendees. There is hardly a circumstance, where we can't create a working relationship. The best thing to do is always to engage in a personal conversation and determine if we have a fit. Then we will discuss a budget. There's no cost for the call, so there is no reason not to pick up your phone and call me.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always have a conversation about the primary objective or message each business, organization, or association is looking to share. After we agree on all the logistics, I invest a great deal of time to make sure we have tailored each presentation to accomplish the precise goal. Next, I review bullet points with the event organizers to confirm we are on the same page, and finally, upon arrival, I spend time greeting as many people as possible before and after our entertraining program.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Perhaps you've heard it said before; "A formal education will get you through the day, Self-Education helps you get (something) "from" each day. Why? This is what I refer to as the "1% difference!" The difference that separates the average from the extraordinary. I find that many of the greatest motivational/inspirational entrepreneurs figured it out along the way. The same could be said, about great speakers... "once they stepped onto the stage the heart kept flowing!" That is my story exactly. I speak from where I have been and what I have done, and most importantly, what's in my heart!
