- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We keep our promise. As stated in the legal contract, the price you get on the first day will be the same you’ll pay on job completion day (unless agreed and approved additions over the original scope of work takes place). We will provide you a service based on a legal contract, and not only on a handshake. We also support our veterans, so there is an special appreciation discount for them. For any project exterior or interior, depending on the scope of work you will get a discount. WE DO NOT OFFER ROUGH ESTIMATE, EVERY ESTIMATE MUST BE ONSITE, PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT US FOR A ROUGH ESTIMATE.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We provide a Free, written, and detailed estimate. The amount that we present in the contract will be honored at the end of the project. We do prefer to do onsite estimate, we don't offer ROUGH ESTIMATE.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working with big painting companies for more than 6 years, as Sale Representative and General Manager. I have been trained in all the painting products, processes, etc. My goal is to work with my clients from the beginning to the end and deliver the BEST painting experience.
