- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would like to extend a warm welcome to our new clients. Before commencing any design project, a complimentary 15-minute discovery call is available. Followed by a virtual consultation {$275 for 45-minute to 1-hour duration} or an in-person consultation can be scheduled for $350 for an hour to 1:30-hour duration. The complimentary 15-minute call is to gain a deeper understanding of our services. During this call, you will gain insight into our company, how we carry out a project, and which service is most suitable for you. By confirming the following steps, you will gain a better understanding of the process. This chat is the ideal opportunity to confirm that one of our services discussed is suitable for your project. Whether in-person or online, we offer a comprehensive consultation that allows us to identify your design requirements, define the scope of our work, inform you of our process, and guarantee that we are a suitable match. We will convene in Zoom or via Google Meet to discuss the details, provide you with an overview of the design process, gather your initial measurements, and offer suggestions. In contrast to virtual consultations, we will visit your proposed space to meet with you, gain insight into your project, provide you with information regarding our process, take measurements and photographs of your space.
