- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We typically have a service call fee that is $95 and covers up to 1 hour or work with diagnosis. Tasks requiring additional materials are usually not covered and we always tell our customers about any prices upfront. We offer veteran and service men discount of $10 for the service trip. Please let us know so we can accommodate you - and thank you for your service!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically an office staff will call you to confirm your appointment. Customer can also schedule online directly on our website too. We try to accommodate everyone with a 3 hour scheduling window and keep you posted if anything changes.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My husband and I are both small business owners. My husband is a engineer and thinks like one too, he's really the brains behind this and I help him manage with the office work.
