- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is transparent and fair. We offer competitive rates with no hidden fees. Service call fees are applied toward the repair if you move forward. We also provide package discounts for service plans and multiple-door jobs. Everything is explained up front—we don’t believe in surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by listening. Whether it's a repair or installation, we begin with a phone consultation or on-site assessment. From there, we walk you through the best options, give you an honest quote, and if approved, we get to work—often the same day. Our goal is to earn your trust, not just your business.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians go through hands-on training and are certified in garage door systems. We're also IDA (International Door Association) members, which holds us to a higher standard of professionalism and safety.
