Rafael gave me a straightforward estimate over the phone based on a simple task I had (changing out ovens). I understand why other electricians may not want to do this, but this showed me that he was more concerned with earning my trust than just getting paid. Not only did he give me a fair price but he also went above and beyond to make sure everything was done correctly and safely. Meanwhile, the Home Depot delivery guys were arguing with me about setting something up, Rafael jumped in to help me so that we could not waste time. He has a service-oriented mindset that is more about problem-solving and not just trying to do a minimal amount of work. He also took additional time to check out a couple of other electrical issues I was having and fixed them quickly without overcharging me. You will not be disappointed with his work or attitude. I love finding small business owners like this because they are truly about service and not just profit. Thank you, Rafael, you have my business for life!
