I hired Holly to file divorce against my husband. She was very reasonable and efficient in handling the whole process of initial filing, mediation and finalization of the divorce. She gave me a very realistic picture of what to expect and kept me focused on what was important. She unfortunately had to endure the wrath of my now ex-husband who refused to hire an attorney. My hourly rate is $325 per hour. Uncontested matters are typically flat fees, starting at $2500 and up, depending on children and property. My retainers for contested cases are typically $3000 to $4000 but vary depending on the case.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually speak with my new customer over the phone for a free consultation. If decide to proceed, we email the new client paperwork and link to pay their retainer or flat fee.

In 1991, I received my Doctor of Jurisprudence of South Texas College of Law (Now Houston College of Law).
