Pricing can vary according to the difficulty of the meal, number of people attending, current market prices, the need for additional kitchen help or servers, etc. Let me know your budget ahead of time and I will help guide you through the process.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It starts with your vision for the event. Let me know as much as you can when sending your request. After discussing the details, I prepare a proposal with options for you to choose from. Then you make decisions on exactly what you want to eat. A deposit of 50% is paid to reserve your date and time. I go grocery shopping, prepare the food, serve, and clean up afterwards. Final payment happens the day of service.
