John and Jill Kirk were great to work with after a recent hail storm. They were my advocates with my insurance company. John met with the insurance adjuster to make sure all damage was noted. Had a tree branch fall onto the roof, causing minor damage, but any hole in the roof is a big deal. Contacted John Kirk about a repair vs. replacement and he was out the very next day to examine the roof.The day after that, he was there to make the repair and even guessed the shingle color we had perfectly just by sight. The repair was completed and Im pretty certain the yard area under the repair where they worked was cleaner than it was when they arrived.I will not hesitate to give John a call when the roof needs to be replaced and he will be my go-to recommendation for roofing work for anyone I come across.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every new project starts with a full roof and property inspection. Normally we use a drone to get accurate photos of the roof and roof components.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our company is licensed and certified by Roofing Contractor's Association of Texas and North Texas Roofing Contractors Association. In addition we have been trained and certified by GAF, CertainTeed, and IKO to install their shingles based on specific material guidelines.
