- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will always be grateful for return customers and even more so I tend to discount services when rehired.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to listen to them tell me exactly what they are expecting of me and then I try and confirm it back to them to know I understood and we are on the same page. Listening is very important and essential because not everyone likes and wants the same things.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I grew up painting with my dad who did residential and commercial painting my entire childhood. As an adult I married a man that could fix anything and had done construction of all kinds. He would be the most qualified person to teach me so very much and he did.
