- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are fair , everything will be transparent, no hidden fees, if for some reason I have to raise the price because we run into a problem. I will communicate and explain so customers have understanding of the situation and why the price was raised.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Schedule a time to go over scope of work. Place a bid on scope of worth with a timeline and labor breakdown. If I get the job I move forward and begin the job we agreed on and complete in the time we discussed.
