FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job is different and depends on what the customer wants. Generally I charge a flat rate for my services and itemize the costs of furniture, lighting, materials and labor separately.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The best way to start is to pick out material. Once you select a wallcovering bring the book home and give me a call. I will give you a free price estimate and consultation in your home. Then it's time to order the material. This is really the only way to insure that you don't order too little or too much. Returning unused wallcovering costs you money unnecessarily. If you have any questions about anything call me or email tnwallpaperhanger.com
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was always doing arts and crafts at a young age. I was fortunate enough to apprentice under a very talented Master Craftsman, the late Stu Woodland. He was the best! Great teacher! He pass his talent to me and to his sons. Now his grandson is the business. Scott Woodland Wall Covering from West Covina, California. If you live in LA area,he is the one to call!
