- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is very reasonable and competitive. We do not charge a trip charge for estimates. We offer a "repeat customer" discount of 10% on future services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is our main goal to let the customer know that they are being taken care of in an honest, reliable manner. We like to educate our customers on the process and how the problem is being resolved.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 5+ years of in the field experience. It is my goal to always be learning new information.
