My name is Lisa Manners, and I have 5 years of experience in appliance repair and automotive maintenance in the field. I am EPA certified and insured as of Sept 2023. I can rebuild or build just about anything and enjoy putting things together that did not come with directions. I grew up helping my dad work on appliances and helping customers. Lisa came out from across the county to repair the LED light on my fairly new refrigerator. She did a thorough diagnosis, ordered the part with me (no upcharge) then came back to reinstall. Absolutely worth the 2 service calls given the time she spent. She even took the broken parts to learn from it for future repairs.

Lisa was excellent! I highly recommend! My dryer wasn’t drying clothes for a few days. Booked her in the morning and she came the same day. She arrived, found out the problem, went straight to work and fixed it in a timely manner. Fantastic work and very reasonable price too! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
65$ to come out and tell you what is wrong and how to fix it or I'll do it for you at 60$ an hour plus the price of parts. The 65$ is applied to the repair if you go with a repair. Some jobs can take several hours to complete.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will always communicate as I identify the problem, give solutions and preform the repair if hired.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked with appliances for years and took a course at St Petersburg, Florida's PTEC, for AC maintenance and installation to learn more in 2021. I have also completed the EPA National Recycling and Emission Reduction Program at ESCO Institute and hold a section 608 certification.
